Boldo tea is rich in boldine, rosmarinic acid and forskolin, substances with digestive, antispasmodic, liver stimulating and calming medicinal properties. It is widely used as a home remedy for liver problems and digestive disorders, including poor digestion, gastritis and intestinal gas. Furthermore, it is excellent for those with anxiety.
Tea preparation:
Boldo tea can be taken 2 to 3 times a day before or after meals. Another option is to drink a cup before bed to help digestion after dinner and have a peaceful night's sleep.
Note: Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 12 years of age and people with liver cancer, liver failure or hepatitis.
