Horse Chestnut is a seed from the horse chestnut tree, which has anti-inflammatory, anti-hemorrhoidal and vasoconstrictive properties, being indicated for the treatment of hemorrhoids and circulation problems, such as venous insufficiency and varicose veins.
In addition, it is rich in quercetin and kaempferol, which are bioactive compounds with antioxidant action that fight free radicals, preventing the accumulation of fatty plaques in blood vessels and atherosclerosis.
Tea preparation:
In a pan, place the horse chestnut seeds and water, and bring to a boil for 10 minutes. Allow to cool, strain and drink a maximum of 2 cups of this tea per day.
