Bancha is a Japanese tea with less caffeine and rich in flavonoids, which fight premature aging. In addition, it improves the immune system, prevents oral infections, helps prevent some types of cancer, maintains blood pressure and reduces bad cholesterol. The presence of taurine makes bancha beneficial for the skin, reducing oiliness and providing astringent and nourishing properties. Preparation of tea:
Just put the water to heat in a pan and, when it boils, turn off the heat. Then put some tea leaves in the water and cover for about 15 minutes. Once this is done, just strain and serve unsweetened.
